Vancouver experienced a near Ice Age last winter and now we're going through a heat wave!! It's almost as hot as KL right now, high of 34C and low of 23C???

And what more, my apartment is on the 19th floor. And you know how hot air rises up. So it's actually hotter inside my apartment compared to the balcony. I have no air conditioner and have not yet bought a fan. I kept thinking that this heatwave would be temporary and have been trying to be cheap about it. Lol!!

No more being cheap! I am in a life-sized oven right now and am baking in this summer heat.

I can die any minute now.

I finally saw Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince in the theatres!!!!

From Day 1, I have never liked the movies because I keep comparing them to the books and always always some vital part of the book is not explained in the movie.

Although this is probably the movie that I liked most (maybe because I didnt read the book before I saw the movie), still I had to shake my head when I noticed the parts that were different from the book.

Nonetheless, I cant wait for the last movie!!!! And I have to re-read the last book because I can't really remember it. I think I must've read the whole Harry Potter series about 20 times or more now. lol!

It's just too good! I will never get sick of it.

On a totally random note, I have only one month more to go!!! Or four weeks. Or 30 days. Or 20 work days. Omg. Suddenly I feel like I have so little time.

So little time, and so much to do!! My friend advised me to start packing now. And I think she may be right!! I will be going back for 6 months, which means that I have to bring alot of stuff back.

And I have to run alot of errands, get everything settled before I go.

Say good bye to friends. My co-workers are under the impression that I will be leaving Vancouver forever lol. They're saying things like: "We should party before you go." or "We should have foie gras one last time before you go!" etc etc. lol.

I know I'll miss everyone. Don't know if I will ever see them again after we all part our ways! Oh well, that is why we have Facebook, right?

But yes, I am starting to feel the excitement once more. I can see the finish line again. Counting down to the day I go home! I can't wait, can't wait, CAN'T WAIT!! Lol. My friend is already recruiting me to tutor English.. lol! And I am making travel plans with other friends... soooo excited!!! wheeeee....

And while I have fun, I will think of what I want to do.

My friends here suggested that when I go back, I should only focus on one thing and not do anything else:

Find a bf.

Lol!!

Kinda funny... anyway I will go with the flow and enjoy myself. If it comes, it comes!

Yes, yes, yes. One more month to go!
